1. Check whether the valve is intact and whether the nozzles are arranged in order.
2. Check whether the LED light tube is fully lit, click manual ash removal, and check whether the ash is normal.
3. Check whether all the line connectors in the electrical control cabinet are loose, check whether the original parts in the selection box are intact, and correctly connect the neutral wire, zero wire and ground wire of the adjustable power supply live wire.
4. Adjust the equipment level and check whether the standard air pressure is normal (the total progress is 0.8Mpa, the valve standard air pressure is 0.2 to 0.25Mpa, and the ash removal is 0.4Mpa.
5. Adjust the screw of the vibrator extruder, relieve the pressure plate, check the rice channel and the part with more blowing, and then adjust the camera part.
6. Make sure the laminated glass and the background wall are clean, observe whether the meter is jumping (no matter what kind of raw material, replace the work), and adjust the position of the background wall and glass plate.
7. Adjust setting sensitivity, output control color sorting accuracy.
8. What is high precision? Answer: The larger the sensitivity number, the higher the precision.
9. What is increase yield? Answer: Choose a feeder, the larger the number, the faster the speed.
