Anhui RealTech Machinery Company Limited, a China-based TCM color sorter manufacturer, exhibited its YS64 , YS32 and YS300AI color sorters at the 2026 Bozhou TCM Expo (Booth S5-30) from September 8 to 10. The three-day expo has now concluded, having brought together herb processors, traders and equipment suppliers from across China to Bozhou, the world's largest distribution center for TCM materials.
What RealTech Showed at Booth S5-30
YS64 color sorter, YS32 color sorter and YS300AI color sorter for TCM herbs, grains, coffee beans, nuts and plastics
High-precision optical recognition for defect removal, impurity separation and quality grading
Compact model with small footprint, high accuracy and simple operation - suited to small and mid-size processors
Solving the Hard Problems in Herb Sorting
TCM herbs vary widely in shape, color and moisture content, which makes manual selection slow and inconsistent. RealTech color sorters remove moldy kernels, discolored grains, stems and foreign matter at high throughput, with sorting sensitivity adjustable to each material. On site, the YS64 and YS32 ran live demonstrations for visiting buyers, who discussed sample testing and cooperation with the RealTech team.
Factory-Direct Support for Global Buyers
RealTech is a factory-direct color sorter manufacturer offering one-on-one model selection, free sample testing and full after-sales support. The product range covers optical color sorters such as the YS64 and YS32, alongside the AI-powered YS300AI for higher-precision requirements. Whatever your material, capacity or budget, our team can recommend the right machine and configuration.
