From October 1 to 3, 2026, Anhui RealTech Machinery Co., Ltd. (RealTech) successfully concluded its exhibition at the Brazil Arábica Coffee Festival 2026, one of South America's most influential gatherings for the coffee industry. Throughout the three-day event, RealTech’s booth welcomed hundreds of coffee growers, millers, specialty roasters, and green coffee exporters seeking to upgrade their sorting efficiency and eliminate manual hand-picking.
At the event, RealTech delivered live demonstrations of three flagship AI sorting machines:
Q16 Chute-Type Optical Sorter: Engineered for large-scale coffee processing plants and dry mills, offering ultra-high throughput and continuous, heavy-duty optical cleaning for commercial and export-grade coffee.
BL30AI Belt-Type Deep Learning Sorter: Tailored for specialty green coffee, utilizing advanced deep learning algorithms to target subtle defects like insect holes, sour beans, and pale beans with near-zero good-bean damage.
BL60W Waterproof Belt Sorter: Engineered with food-grade 304 stainless steel and waterproof architecture, specifically optimized for high-moisture sorting of fresh coffee cherries and washed coffee.
The live sample sorting sessions drew continuous crowds. Visitors were particularly impressed by the machines’ high ejection precision, low carryover ratios, and intuitive touch-screen controls.
As a certified National High-Tech Enterprise with installations across more than 90 countries, this exhibition marks another major step in strengthening RealTech’s commitment to South America.
